In case of special custom-made productions, large quantities and on special customer request, a physical sample can be produced in advance for approval. Optionally, an independent on-site inspection at supplier can also be commissioned.

No. Usually, you only submit the logo file(s) with detailed pantone colors and possible requests on logo position/size when placing the order. We will then provide a detailed artwork for approval. Should you wish to create a layout in advance, we will gladly send you corresponding blank layouts. These can also be downloaded in product area after customer login.

Delivery times vary a lot depending on product and design. Further major criteria are quantity, finishing, place of production and means of transportation. The usual delivery time after production release is as follows:

• Stock items: approx. 1 – 3 days – depending on time of placing the order and shipping
• Airfreight: approx. 4 – 6 weeks, most common shipping way/delivery time
• Seafreight: approx. 10 – 12 weeks, usually suited for large quantities
• Express/fix delivery deadline: by arrangement

Yes. For neutral shipping we need your completed delivery note. On request, we can also issue a neutral delivery note to delivery address specified by you stating your details as sender.
